2.5 Working Conditions and Limits
The usable working pressure of any 60 degree seat fitting depends on the thread size, the body material and the strength of the female port it is screwed into, so no single figure covers the whole range. For a specific project, state the fluid, the working pressure, the peak pressure, the temperature range and the vibration environment, and the supplier will confirm the appropriate material, plating and torque values.
