Em suma, \u00e9 o membro certificado da fam\u00edlia das mangueiras de transporte de petr\u00f3leo, adequado para uso em \u00e1gua salgada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se estiver a especificar ou a substituir uma mangueira para opera\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento offshore, transfer\u00eancia navio-terra, abastecimento de combust\u00edvel ou condutas de \u00f3leo a bordo, este guia abrange as principais fam\u00edlias de mangueiras para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o offshore e a bordo \u2014 tipos flutuantes, submarinos, de transfer\u00eancia e de abastecimento \u2014, al\u00e9m das normas e registos de ensaios que distinguem um produto mar\u00edtimo certificado de uma mangueira de \u00f3leo comum, e cinco passos de sele\u00e7\u00e3o que permitem adequar o di\u00e2metro interno, a press\u00e3o, os acess\u00f3rios e os certificados \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o de transfer\u00eancia concreta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c2mbito deste guia:<\/strong> mangueira de transfer\u00eancia com certifica\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima para navios comerciais, terminais e sistemas offshore. O tubo cont\u00e9m o \u00f3leo, o refor\u00e7o suporta a press\u00e3o e a cobertura suporta a press\u00e3o do mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A camada interna \u00e9 quase sempre de nitrilo (NBR) para \u00f3leos minerais; o revestimento exterior \u00e9 de cloropreno (CR) ou EPDM, escolhido pela sua resist\u00eancia ao ozono, ao sal e \u00e0 abras\u00e3o; e o refor\u00e7o \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por fio de a\u00e7o, com uma h\u00e9lice de fio adicionada sempre que a mangueira tiver de suportar v\u00e1cuo ou manter o seu di\u00e2metro interior aberto sob cargas de ondas e correntes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A constru\u00e7\u00e3o em borracha vulcanizada \u00e9 a norma nesta classe de produtos: as camadas s\u00e3o vulcanizadas em conjunto, formando uma parede flex\u00edvel, raz\u00e3o pela qual a corda pode dobrar-se em torno de guindastes e bordas do conv\u00e9s sem as falhas de separa\u00e7\u00e3o observadas em cordas montadas mecanicamente. Acima de cerca de 6 polegadas de di\u00e2metro interno, o refor\u00e7o \u00e9 normalmente de a\u00e7o enrolado em espiral ou de tecido com uma h\u00e9lice incorporada, uma vez que uma tran\u00e7a simples n\u00e3o consegue manter a forma de um cabo de grande di\u00e2metro sob a carga das ondas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O termo \u00abmangueira mar\u00edtima\u00bb abrange, na verdade, v\u00e1rios produtos distintos \u2014 dos tipos flutuantes, submarinas, de transfer\u00eancia e de abastecimento \u2014 que se distinguem pelo di\u00e2metro interior, pela classe de press\u00e3o e pelos dispositivos de flutuabilidade. O que os une \u00e9 a fun\u00e7\u00e3o a que se destinam: flex\u00e3o cont\u00ednua, movimento das mar\u00e9s e a exig\u00eancia de que cada conjunto seja eletricamente cont\u00ednuo de uma extremidade \u00e0 outra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elementos de design que se repetem em todos os modelos desta gama:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Controlo de est\u00e1tica<\/strong> \u2014 tubo e tampa condutores ou dissipadores, uma vez que o transporte de produtos petrol\u00edferos gera carga el\u00e9trica que tem de ser descarregada antes de poder provocar uma fa\u00edsca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resist\u00eancia ao sal e aos raios UV<\/strong> \u2014 Revestimentos em CR ou EPDM que n\u00e3o racham ap\u00f3s anos de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o em terra e em \u00e1guas abertas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resist\u00eancia \u00e0 fadiga por flex\u00e3o<\/strong> \u2014 constru\u00e7\u00f5es e raios de curvatura concebidos para o movimento das ondas e manuseamento repetido, e n\u00e3o para instala\u00e7\u00f5es fixas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rastreabilidade<\/strong> \u2014 marca\u00e7\u00f5es, datas de fabrico e certificados de ensaio que os terminais, os portos e as normas do Estado de bandeira podem verificar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a nossa experi\u00eancia com fornecedores de material naval e operadores de frotas, o erro mais comum nas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o \u00e9 a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o \u2014 trata-se, sim, da escolha de uma mangueira de \u00f3leo industrial para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima. Num pedido de informa\u00e7\u00e3o recente, a mangueira existente do operador era uma mangueira industrial n\u00e3o certificada; especific\u00e1mos um conjunto documentado ao abrigo da norma EN 1765, com registos de ensaios de resist\u00eancia e de continuidade antes da entrega. Os materiais e os di\u00e2metros interiores parecem semelhantes, mas a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima implica a presen\u00e7a de sal, flex\u00e3o cont\u00ednua, controlo de electricidade est\u00e1tica e requisitos de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o que uma mangueira industrial n\u00e3o foi concebida nem documentada para cumprir \u2014 e uma inspe\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria reprovada ou um incidente de polui\u00e7\u00e3o custa mais do que a diferen\u00e7a de pre\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-main-types-of-marine-oil-hose\">Os principais tipos de mangueiras para \u00f3leo mar\u00edtimo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os tipos de mangueiras de \u00f3leo mar\u00edtimas distinguem-se pelo di\u00e2metro interior, pela classe de press\u00e3o e pela zona de opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 offshore, navio a navio ou a bordo. A tabela abaixo resume as cinco fam\u00edlias; as sec\u00e7\u00f5es seguintes explicam quando cada uma delas \u00e9 utilizada. Como a mangueira nunca fica em repouso, o seu revestimento e a sua carca\u00e7a t\u00eam de resistir \u00e0 flex\u00e3o cont\u00ednua causada pelas ondas, ao atrito contra o casco e ao ataque do ozono \u2014 raz\u00e3o pela qual as mangueiras offshore s\u00e3o especificadas, testadas e retiradas de servi\u00e7o de acordo com regras mais rigorosas do que qualquer mangueira de costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A press\u00e3o de trabalho numa mangueira flutuante de grandes dimens\u00f5es \u00e9 normalmente classificada em cerca de 15 bar, estando dispon\u00edveis modelos com classifica\u00e7\u00f5es mais elevadas para terminais exigentes. O espa\u00e7amento entre os flutuadores e a flutuabilidade s\u00e3o calculados para cada conjunto, em vez de serem estimados: uma flutuabilidade insuficiente sobrecarrega a mangueira na linha de \u00e1gua, enquanto uma flutuabilidade excessiva gera tens\u00e3o nos acoplamentos. Na pr\u00e1tica, \u00e9 o projeto da cadeia do fabricante \u2014 e n\u00e3o a mangueira individual \u2014 que o terminal aprova antes da primeira utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-submarine-hose-the-underwater-link\">Mangueira submarina: a liga\u00e7\u00e3o subaqu\u00e1tica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A mangueira submarina estende-se desde o colector terminal do gasoduto (PLEM) no leito marinho at\u00e9 \u00e0 base da b\u00f3ia, completando o percurso de transfer\u00eancia que a coluna flutuante inicia \u00e0 superf\u00edcie. A mangueira submarina \u00e9 fabricada com o mesmo di\u00e2metro interno e classe de press\u00e3o que a mangueira flutuante na mesma coluna, mas o seu revestimento e refor\u00e7o t\u00eam tamb\u00e9m de resistir \u00e0 press\u00e3o externa da \u00e1gua, \u00e0 abras\u00e3o do leito marinho e ao arrasto das correntes. A mangueira submarina raramente se dobra durante o funcionamento, pelo que os seus modos de falha s\u00e3o diferentes dos de uma coluna flutuante: os danos resultam do contacto com o leito marinho e do manuseamento durante a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, e n\u00e3o da fadiga causada pelas ondas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marine-oil-transfer-hose-for-ship-to-shore-and-sts-service\">Mangueira de transfer\u00eancia de petr\u00f3leo para servi\u00e7os navio-terra e STS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As mangueiras de transfer\u00eancia desta classe ligam o coletor de um navio ao bra\u00e7o de carregamento em terra num cais de terminal, sendo o elemento fundamental do processo de transbordo, em que um petroleiro de maior porte transfere a carga para embarca\u00e7\u00f5es mais pequenas ao ancorar. Di\u00e2metros internos de 4 a 12 polegadas e press\u00f5es de trabalho de 10 a 16 bar cobrem a maior parte das opera\u00e7\u00f5es em terminais e de STS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mesma fam\u00edlia de mangueiras, montadas em trechos mais longos com extremidades com flanges, \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m utilizada em opera\u00e7\u00f5es de transfer\u00eancia entre navios-tanque no mar. Nos casos em que a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o se realiza em terra \u2014 cami\u00f5es-cisterna, dep\u00f3sitos e circuitos de instala\u00e7\u00f5es \u2014, a l\u00f3gica de constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a mesma; a nossa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.henghuahose.com\/pt\/oil-transfer-hose-choose-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guia para mangueiras de transfer\u00eancia de \u00f3leo<\/a> aborda esse tema na \u00edntegra. Os flanges dos terminais e das embarca\u00e7\u00f5es seguem as normas ANSI ou PN, e as cordas s\u00e3o normalmente constru\u00eddas em sec\u00e7\u00f5es iguais de 9 a 12 m, para que a equipa de amarra\u00e7\u00e3o possa prever como a corda se ir\u00e1 dispor antes de ser lan\u00e7ada ao mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bunker-hose-for-shipboard-and-barge-fuel-delivery\">Mangueira de abastecimento de combust\u00edvel para navios e barca\u00e7as<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A mangueira de abastecimento transporta \u00f3leo combust\u00edvel pesado (HFO) ou gas\u00f3leo mar\u00edtimo de uma barca\u00e7a de abastecimento ou de uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o em terra para os tanques de combust\u00edvel do navio, passando pelo coletor do conv\u00e9s e descendo at\u00e9 \u00e0s linhas de enchimento dos tanques. Di\u00e2metros internos de 2 a 6 polegadas, a uma press\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o t\u00edpica de 10 bar, adequam-se aos caudais das bombas de abastecimento. Na maioria das jurisdi\u00e7\u00f5es, este produto \u00e9 fabricado e documentado como um conjunto de mangueira de suc\u00e7\u00e3o e descarga de \u00f3leo, o que significa que a norma, o certificado e o programa de ensaios de press\u00e3o s\u00e3o t\u00e3o importantes quanto a pr\u00f3pria borracha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-offshore-oil-hose-applications-fpso-spm-and-calm-systems\">Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de mangueiras para petr\u00f3leo offshore: FPSO, SPM e sistemas CALM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A mangueira de petr\u00f3leo offshore transporta o petr\u00f3leo bruto do local onde \u00e9 produzido ou armazenado para o local onde um petroleiro o pode carregar \u2014 de uma FPSO para um petroleiro de transporte, ou de um ponto \u00fanico de amarra\u00e7\u00e3o (SPM), como uma b\u00f3ia CALM, para uma embarca\u00e7\u00e3o amarrada ao largo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o offshore \u00e9 uma cadeia, n\u00e3o uma \u00fanica mangueira:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O tro\u00e7o submarino estende-se desde o fundo marinho (PLEM) at\u00e9 \u00e0 base da b\u00f3ia e \u00e9 a sec\u00e7\u00e3o menos acess\u00edvel \u00e0 inspe\u00e7\u00e3o visual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A conduta flutuante estende-se desde a b\u00f3ia at\u00e9 ao coletor de proa do petroleiro; os seus flutuadores est\u00e3o espa\u00e7ados de acordo com o projeto do conjunto de cabos, de modo a manter a mangueira \u00e0 superf\u00edcie sem sobrecarregar a sec\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 linha de \u00e1gua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Todas as juntas com flange s\u00e3o submetidas a uma verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da continuidade da liga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 terra no procedimento de montagem, uma vez que uma falha na liga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 terra transforma toda a coluna num risco de eletrost\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.henghuahose.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/marine-oil-hose-offshore-string.jpg\" alt=\"Offshore floating hose string with buoyancy modules transferring crude oil between a loading buoy and a tanker\" class=\"wp-image-4414\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.henghuahose.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/marine-oil-hose-offshore-string.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.henghuahose.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/marine-oil-hose-offshore-string-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.henghuahose.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/marine-oil-hose-offshore-string-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.henghuahose.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/marine-oil-hose-offshore-string-600x450.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Figura 2. Um conjunto de mangueiras flutuantes em funcionamento: mangueira submarina na parte inferior, flutuadores \u00e0 superf\u00edcie, liga\u00e7\u00e3o ao navio-tanque no coletor da proa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o offshore mais movimentada \u00e9 o descarregamento de FPSO, em que os petroleiros de vaiv\u00e9m atracam ou amarram num \u00fanico ponto para receber a carga. A segunda \u00e9 a exporta\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de uma b\u00f3ia CALM: um petroleiro amarra \u00e0 b\u00f3ia e a transfer\u00eancia decorre por mangueira submarina \u2192 b\u00f3ia \u2192 coluna flutuante \u2192 navio. A terceira \u00e9 a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de transfer\u00eancia por mangueira de navio para navio em zonas de transbordo, onde petroleiros de grande calado transferem a carga para navios mais pequenos que podem entrar no porto. Uma quarta opera\u00e7\u00e3o, de car\u00e1ter tempor\u00e1rio, \u00e9 a transfer\u00eancia de emerg\u00eancia ou sazonal entre navios ancorados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seja qual for a fun\u00e7\u00e3o a que se destina, o conjunto de mangueiras para explora\u00e7\u00e3o petrol\u00edfera offshore \u00e9 especificado, testado e retirado de servi\u00e7o como uma unidade de engenharia \u00fanica, em vez de como um conjunto de mangueiras individuais. Em todos os casos, o comprador n\u00e3o est\u00e1 a adquirir \u201cuma mangueira\u201d \u2014 est\u00e1 a adquirir um projeto documentado do conjunto, com acess\u00f3rios de extremidade compat\u00edveis, sec\u00e7\u00f5es testadas e uma data de retirada de servi\u00e7o conhecida.
