Working pressure for these sizes is confirmed per order by HENGHUA engineering, based on the thread size, sealing method and material selected. The determining factors are the thread size, the cone seat condition, the body material and the wall thickness of the cavity behind the port.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
What is the minimum order quantity and can I get samples?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Minimum order quantity is confirmed per order because it depends on the series, the size and the material. Samples for validation are available on request, and a sample order is a normal way to start on a series. Send the part number, the material and the quantity you want to evaluate, and HENGHUA will confirm both the sample arrangement and the lead time in the quotation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Does this plug need an O-ring at all?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
No. This is the one series in the batch that seals on a metal cone, so no O-ring is fitted, supplied or required, and the printed table has no O-ring column. Adding an O-ring is not possible either, because the body has no machined recess for one, and placing a loose O-ring in the joint would stop the cone from seating and would cause a leak.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Can this plug be used on a metric 60\u00b0 cone port or a bonded seal port?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
No. The cone here is a 90\u00b0 SAE seat and it must mate with a matching 90\u00b0 cone in the port. A metric 60\u00b0 cone seat and a plain flat face for a bonded seal washer are different seats, with different angles and different diameters, so the part will either bottom out or seal on the wrong band. Match the seat angle first, then the thread, then the size code.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
